We are currently engaged in many projects throughout Ontario, and Quebec. Our projects vary from small scale residential, to rather large projects with large commercial and industrial scales. Our current projects are:

Designated Substance Abatement Management:

This is a large scale, multi million dollar asbestos abatement project involving more that 60 seperate containment setups in more than six levels of a downtown Toronto communication building. Martech performed the initial designated substance survey and authored the abatement management specifications for the project. Our work began in October 2010 and is expected to be completed in March of 2012.

Designated Substance Surveys:

We are also currently engaged in various designated substance surveys throughout Ontario, we are also the prefered consultant for many of these projects to carry out the abatement management and monitoring operations. Clients for these projects vary from the Town of Richmond Hill to One of Canada's largest property management firms.

Mold Assessments:

Martech is currently involved in the evaluation and assessment of indoor environments pertaining to Mold. Our clients are law firms and property management firms in the Greater Toronto Area.

Small Buildings Design & Building Code Compliance Verification

Martech Group has proudly joined DecoPlan Inc. in various endeavors in the area of design and building code compliance. DecoPlan Inc., is Martech Group's sister firm and is a registered Ontario Building Code Consulting Agency. We are currently engaged in 6 design projects from residential custom home design and permits, to commercial building design. Our design process involves applying the vision of our clients and transforming the idea into a real constructable design meeting all building code requirements. In addition, we offer a turn key service for design and permitting whereby we bring forth our proposed design, and carry the design through the permitting stage, we communicate with the local municipality's building department and obtain the permit on our client's behalf.
